Hypnotic Suggestions – Stress Management
Your body is now loose and relaxed. A good, pleasant feeling is now coming all across your body. Let every muscle become loose and limp, like a wet wash cloth.
Now, you are beginning to feel a pleasant wave of relaxation over your entire body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Just let every muscle and nerve grow loose and limp and relaxed. You are feeling more relaxed with each easy breath that you take.
You are so relaxed you are drowsy or sleepy even. Just letting the sound of my voice soothe and relax. So calm and so relaxed. You're relaxing more with each easy beat of your heart ... with each easy breath that you take ... with each sound that you hear.

As you listen to my voice your body relaxes even more. Right now I want you to notice all the muscles in your body and I want you to clench them all right now. Contract all those large muscles and your small muscles. Do it now. Now relax. Let your whole body melt. Turn your body into butter and let it melt. Relax your face especially. Your forehead and all the muscles in your eyes. Relax your body and with every exhale let go a little more. Good.
Now let's move to the inside of your body. It's amazing. We do have the ability to change our body's systems and help them to better function when we are in this natural, wonderful state of relaxation.
Now let's focus. First, relax the constriction of your arteries. See your heart pumping easily. Notice your blood is flowing smoothly. See your kidneys flushing properly.
Your head feels clear. Your sinuses are clear. Your metabolism is working at a natural, effective level. All is well inside you. Your body is now ready to take on any challenges life offers it, in this wonderful, whole state.
No matter what happens in life nothing or no one will be able to upset you. You have control of all the nerves in your entire body... over all the inner nerves and all the outer nerves complete control of your whole nervous system.
And your mind is clear and alert. You are more aware than ever before. Problems to solutions are just so clear. Even problems you have on a reoccurring basis. You know just how to handle them emotionally and physically. Situations that used to bother you now seem like opportunities to feel relaxed and in complete control.
You will sleep wonderfully each and every night. Night is for sleeping and your body needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night to rejuvenate you and prepare you for the day ahead. Each and every night when you go to bed and there is nothing else you wish to do... you will close your eyes and will immediately go right off to sleep you will go into a wonderful sound sleep... comfortable, restful, sleep.
From now on, anytime you feel a stressful situation coming on, you will simply take in a long deep breath. You will handle the situation calmly...with greater concentration and focus...from now on thats your signal...one deep breath in and one long exhale out and you will relax and handle the situation calmly and wisely.
If there is a certain area of your life that is causing you stress, you decide to focus on solving this problem one step at a time....focus on solving this problem with a calm cool head...You are not overwhelmed. You take each situation day by day, piece by piece. Knowing that everything will be okay in the end. You have confidence and resolve.
You are a great person and you are going to make it. You will succeed in what is important in life. You are in control and can do what you put your mind to.
You are becoming an inspiration to all those around you. Your family and friends will admire your vitality and determination for life and aspire to be more like you. You are aware of your new influence and treat yourself and others with respect.
These suggestions are now becoming permanently a part of your mind, transforming into your beliefs and convictions so that success will follow you as naturally as your shadow.
