Once you have the desire, the intention, the expectancy, and the commitment to losing weight, you are ready to join the Hyp-Yoga Weight Loss Program. There are three ways to start:

Create healthy habits faster and live skinner for life! Each program is 6-8 weeks in length and should be repeated until desired results are accomplished based on your weight loss and behavior change intentions. After reaching your desired goals, you can stay with the weight loss program for as long as you like or transition into another Hyp-Yoga Class.
